Message	proper pliers used to take the old hog rings off. Come to a projectz32 meet sometime and check out my inferior zip tie installation :) The heavy duty zip ties I used allowed me to gradually increase tension on the leather while heating and massaging it into place. It also allowed me to use more of them and spread out the tension on the attachments points to get the tight look with no wrinkles.
